Shipping and Returns

• Shipping Policy :  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  We offer flat rate shipping across all orders. Free shipping is available on orders. Standard shipping takes between 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
   

• Exchange Policy :  Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item. The cost of return shipping for exchanges is covered by Karma Professionals.

• Damaged or Defective Items :  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
